Hazelnut Lemonade with Basil:
15 ml of hazelnut syrup of TM Sweet-madam®, 15 ml of almond syrup of TM Sweet-madam®, 4 cubes of fresh pineapple ? of lime (juiced), 2 rosemary sprigs (needles), 10 -12 blue basil leaves (cut into strips), soda, ice-cube and crushed ice.
Mash rosemary in the syrup; add pineapple, basil, lime juice, ice-cube and soda. Stir gently. Add crushed ice on the top. Decorate with pineapple, rosemary and basil.
